Why a log house?
Our log house is the ultimate ecological home, because it is fully built up of softwood timber! All other materials used for its construction, such as insulation materials, roof tiles, etc., are certified as environment friendly and harmless!
We harvest the logs only from controlled areas in the Bulgarian Rhodopi and Stara Planina mountainous regions. Every tree cut down open room for a younger one and these are the trees that, in their growth absorb more carbon dioxide and respectively produce more oxygen. By using logs of controlled origin we contribute to the sustainable development of the Bulgarian forests !
Once built up in a virgin forest or flat country, our log house will in no way harm the environment neither by the process of its producing and constructing, which is low energy consuming and fully wasteless nor by its future presence there !
A log house could only “harm” the equilibrium of the polluted urban area by making it more aesthetic and harmonized...!
