Construction process

1. Preparing a preliminary design of the house and a price list for production and construction works;
2. A contract for production and construction is signed;
3. Preparing the architectural plan;
4. Initial stage of manufacturing of the elements and components of the designed house;
5. Laying of the concrete foundation in accordance with the architectural plan (provided by the client);
6. All elements of the house are delivered to the construction site;
7. Construction of the shell by our employees;
8. Accomplishing works (in case “Turn key project” is contracted);
9. Handover of the house by signing a protocol of acceptance.
